As Head Chef you will be required to support the General Manager in all aspects of running the kitchen and setting up. Ideally, we are looking for Head Chefs from a rosette background although this may also be a good opportunity for a Sous Chef who is ready for the next step. The Pubs will be very food led and would be ideal for someone who has a passion for local produce and a flare for British cuisine. The Head Chef must have a passion for the food industry and must know seasonal fresh produce.

The pubs will be aiming to be a local and destination venue for all food and beer lovers. The Head Chef must take pride in his work and also create ideas for the ever changing fresh menu.

The Salary will be dependent on the site and experience. All sites will be in the Yorkshire area.

Area BD21
Salary around £16k depending on experience
We are looking for experienced cooks/pub chefs for various pubs in the Keighley/Bingley area of West Yorkshire.
You will have experience of cooking traditional pub food using fresh ingredients, working to recipe and dish specifications and managing food safety procedures.
