Timothy Taylor’s are delighted to announce the appointment of award-winning chef Paul Cunliffe as the Head Chef of their recent acquisition, the Harrogate Brasserie. Paul is an extremely talented, reputable chef and achieved a coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand when running The Dunsforth country gastropub. Prior to that he headed up the Harvey Nichols kitchen in Leeds. He also reached the quarter-finals on BBC’s MasterChef: the Professionals in 2012.
Paul and his team of chefs have prepared a delicious three-course menu for Easter Sunday, as well as a fabulous range of fish specials available Good Friday until Easter Monday.
