Timothy Taylor’s Appoints Louise McLaughlin as Marketing Director

Timothy Taylor’s has announced the appointment of Louise McLaughlin as its new Marketing Director, further strengthening the brewery’s leadership team as it continues to champion quality cask ale in the UK.

Louise brings more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and brand leadership, having worked across a number of major UK and international brands including Carling, Coors, Madri, and Lee & Wrangler Jeans.

Most recently, she held the role of Innovation Director at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where she led multiple innovation projects and successfully launched Monte Carlo, a super-premium beer, into the UK on-trade.

With a strong track record of delivering brand equity growth and increased market share within the UK beer category, Louise is recognised for her strategic brand-building expertise and collaborative leadership style. In her new role, she will build on the excellent work done by Jane Jenkins, who has led the marketing function for over a decade.

Louise will join Timothy Taylor’s on 2 February. Regarding her appointment, she stated: "I’m thrilled to be joining the executive leadership team at Timothy Taylor’s as Marketing Director.

"Timothy Taylor’s is a truly iconic UK brand within brewing and cask ale, with an outstanding heritage and an unwavering commitment to quality, and I look forward to working with the team to build on the brand’s incredible legacy."

Timothy Taylor’s would like to offer its sincerest thanks to Jane Jenkins for her outstanding contribution to the business over the last eleven years. Her commitment to the Timothy Taylor’s brand and her impact on the brewery’s success will be fondly remembered, and her achievements will be celebrated ahead of her retirement in March.

Timothy Taylor’s looks forward to welcoming Louise to the business and to the next chapter of its marketing leadership.
