Today, we’re proud to unveil our first major brand refresh in more than a decade, introducing a fresh new look across our logo, pump clips, glassware and bottles, marking the next chapter in our 168-year story and our continued investment in the future of cask ale.
While the way we present Timothy Taylor's is evolving, everything that has made our beers loved for generations remains unchanged. The same recipes. The same carefully selected ingredients. The same brewing philosophy. And, most importantly, the same unmistakable taste of Taylor’s.

A fresh chapter, rooted in 168 years of brewing
Since Timothy Taylor founded the brewery in Keighley in 1858, we have always believed that exceptional beer should speak for itself.
Our refreshed identity has been designed to reflect the quality and care that go into every pint, while making our beers more distinctive and strengthening standout across the bar.
The new look introduces a British racing green colour palette, clearer beer descriptions and more premium finishes across our pump clips, bottles and glassware. It feels fresh and confident while retaining the heritage, character and familiar details that generations of Timothy Taylor’s drinkers know and value.
This is not about leaving our past behind. It is about carrying the best of it forward and ensuring Timothy Taylor’s continues to stand out for all the right reasons.

The same beer, brewed the Taylor’s way
Although the look has changed, what goes into our beers - and the way we brew them - has not.
Every beer is brewed at our Knowle Spring Brewery in Keighley using pure water drawn from the spring beneath us, alongside ingredients including Golden Promise barley, whole-leaf hops and our unique house yeast strain, Taylor’s Taste.
Every batch is carefully monitored throughout its life and personally tasted by Head Brewer Andy Leman to make sure it meets our exacting standards.
That uncompromising commitment to quality has helped make Landlord the UK’s best-selling cask ale by both value and volume. It remains our flagship beer and the clearest expression of our belief that great beer should be brewed properly, given the time it needs and enjoyed at its very best.
Reflecting the care behind every pint
Andrew Carter, Chief Executive of Timothy Taylor’s, said: “For 168 years, we’ve believed that if you brew great beer properly, people will keep coming back to it.
“That’s why this refresh isn’t about changing what we brew. The recipes, ingredients and brewing philosophy that have served us for generations remain exactly the same.
“It’s about making sure the quality and care that go into every pint are reflected in how Timothy Taylor’s is presented today, so we’re just as relevant to the next generation of drinkers as we’ve been to the last.”

Look out for our new look
You will now begin to see our refreshed branding appearing across bars, bottles and glassware across the country.
Rolling out the new identity throughout pubs, supermarkets and our wider retail network will take a little time. For the next few months, you may still see our previous branding, and in some places the old and new designs may appear side by side. This is a normal part of the transition.
Whichever version you encounter, you can choose your pint or bottle with confidence. The look may be different, but the beer remains unmistakably Timothy Taylor’s.
No. Our recipes, ingredients and brewing philosophy remain exactly the same. This is an evolution of how Timothy Taylor’s is presented, not how our beers are brewed.
Not at all. Landlord continues to be brewed to the same recipe and exacting standards at our Knowle Spring Brewery in Keighley.
We have updated our logo, pump clips, glassware and bottles, introducing a British racing green colour palette, clearer beer descriptions and more premium finishes.
We want the quality and care behind every pint to be reflected in how Timothy Taylor’s looks today, while retaining the heritage and character people know and value.
The new look will take several months to reach every pub, supermarket and retailer. During this period, you may see our previous and refreshed designs side by side.
