Rich coffee and chocolate flavours, a creamy white head and a smooth, satisfying finish. Meet Timothy Taylor’s Stout, our newest beer, available exclusively in cask in pubs.
Brewed at our home in Keighley, West Yorkshire, this beautifully balanced Yorkshire stout brings together carefully chosen ingredients to create a pint with depth, character and exceptional drinkability.

A rich, smooth cask stout
Dark in colour with subtle ruby undertones, Timothy Taylor’s Stout pours with a creamy white head. Aromas of freshly roasted coffee and subtle smoky notes lead into rich coffee and chocolate flavours. A gentle bitterness brings balance, rounding off a smooth mouthfeel and satisfying finish.
At the heart of the beer is a combination of Golden Promise Pale Ale Malt, roasted barley, crystal malt, chocolate malt and crystal rye malt. Together, they build the rich, roasted character that defines our new cask stout.
Whole leaf WGV, Goldings and Fuggles hops, pure Knowle Spring water and our Taylor’s Taste yeast strain complete the brew. Every ingredient plays its part in delivering a beer that is full of flavour while remaining exceptionally drinkable.
It’s a fine companion for hearty pub food, too. Try it alongside a beef and ale pie or smoked brisket, or pair its rich coffee and chocolate notes with a dark chocolate brownie.

Where to find Timothy Taylor’s Stout
Timothy Taylor’s Stout is available exclusively on cask in pubs, with a phased rollout beginning close to home.
The first pours are planned for Taylor’s on the Green in Keighley and the Woolly Sheep Inn in Skipton. The beer will then reach our wider Timothy Taylor’s pub estate, before becoming available in pubs across the UK.
Availability will build as the rollout progresses. If you’re unsure whether your local is serving it, please contact the pub before you visit, particularly if you’re making a special journey.
We look forward to raising a pint with you.
