We’re delighted to share that The Woolly Sheep Inn, our managed pub in Skipton, has been named Yorkshire and the Humber regional winner at the National Pub & Bar Awards 2026.
The awards, held on Wednesday 10 June, celebrate the very best pubs and bars from across the UK. To come out on top in such a strong region is a brilliant achievement and a proud moment for everyone connected with The Woolly Sheep.
The win recognises the quality, consistency, and hospitality that customers experience every day at the pub. From a warm welcome and excellent food to perfectly served Timothy Taylor’s beers, The Woolly Sheep continues to be a much-loved part of Skipton.
This recognition is also a fitting reward for the years of hard work, care, and commitment that managers Andy, Drea, and the team have put into building the pub’s reputation.
