Clean glass, sparkler fitted.
2. Touch Base of Glass with Sparkler
Sparkler should touch the bottom of the glass to ensure a strong confident first few pulls until the glass is two thirds full.
3. Allow to Settle
Patience is key. Letting the beer settle allows flavours to open up and starts to create that signature finish.
4. Return and Top Up
A careful top-up completes the pint, achieving the perfect balance between liquid and head.
