October 2015 – At the recent SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers Association) North East Region Beer Competition 2015, held at York CAMRA Beer Festival, bottled Boltmaker 4.2% ABV beat some stiff competition to win the Small Pack Standard Bitters & Pale Ales category. This now qualifies Boltmaker for the National SIBA Beer Competitions to be held in 2016. After a very successful year as an exclusive to Tesco, bottled Boltmaker is now available in the wider trade with Waitrose leading the way.
