Gemma Towell Sets New Women’s National Three Peaks Record

She’s done it! Gemma, Timothy Taylor’s and Scania’s very own Wonder Woman, has set a brand new National Three Peaks Record!

Fighting through snow, sleet, rain and high winds, falling off her bike and damaging her shoulder, nothing could stop her reaching her goal.

In just six days she managed to ascend and descend the UK’s highest mountains; Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales, and cycle the distance between them all – a staggering 497 miles!

She becomes the first ever woman to achieve the record and hopes to smash it again herself in future.

So far she has managed to raise a fantastic £1,251 for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, and hopes to raise even more for a cause both she and we care so deeply about.
