Timothy Taylor’s Social Media Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: Timothy Taylor & Co. Limited whose registered office is at, Knowle Spring Brewery, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 1AW.
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of Timothy Taylor & Co. Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not permitted to enter.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter any competition promoted by Timothy Taylor & Co. Limited and/or any of the tenanted/managed pubs.

By entering any competition promoted by Timothy Taylor & Co. Limited and/or any of the tenanted/managed pubs, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the social channel used. Timothy Taylor & Co. Limited competitions without the involvement of the tenanted/managed pubs, the details will be on and/or
If the tenanted/managed pubs are involved then their independent social channel is where the details will be but Timothy Taylor’s will post about them too.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing dates for entry will be disclosed on the social channel used. After the date stated, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to a competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as stated on the social channel used and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen based on their entry to ensure they have followed the entry rules and then selected at random by an independent adjudicator appointed by the promoter.

The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Timothy Taylor & Co. Limited and/or if a tenanted/managed pub is involved and not to any other party.

The entrant must be following @TimothyTaylors on Twitter and/or Like Timothy Taylor’s Facebook Page in order to enter, dependent which social platform the entrant is entering on.

If brewery tour is the said prize then availability is Monday – Thursday.

Timothy Taylor & Co. Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Timothy Taylor & Co. Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Harrogate Brasserie competition – the prize is for two people with dinner, bed and breakfast including two pints of Timothy Taylor’s, two glasses of house wine or two soft drinks per person. Dinner can be up to 3 courses per person with a choice of a double or twin room for your overnight stay.

Woolly Sheep Inn autumn 2018 competition – Winner will receive a free meal for two at The Woolly Sheep including drinks. Drinks include either a bottle of house wine to share, two pints of TT beer per person or two soft drinks per person.

Lord Rodney Halloween 2018 competition – Winner will receive a free two-course meal for two at the Lord Rodney, Keighley. The meal includes one drink each – pint of Timothy Taylor’s beer, house lager, a glass of wine or soft drink.

Timothy Taylor London Underground 2018 competition – Winner will receive a free Timothy Taylor’s mixed 16 bottle case.  Winner announced 12th December 2018.

Woolly Sheep January 2019 competition – Winner will receive a free meal for two at the Woolly Sheep.

Lord Rodney January 2019 20% offer – Must be having main meals and must drink responsibly. Not in conjunction with other offers. Offer ends 12th January 2019
